Can this product be brushed on a vertical surface?

The WEST SYSTEM 105 with 207 hardener can be challenging to brush on without getting sags or runs. The best practice is to use a thin foam roller cover like our 800-2 to roll on a thin even coat and follow with a brush to smooth out the roller marks.

For filling voids, what's the maximum depth per pour?

Not deep. It will overheat and bubble and crack. Unless void is thin. I've filled 2 inch deep voids but they were less than 3/16 thick. I've had overheating in as small as half inch by roughly 2 square inches.

Is this product ok to repair surfboards with?

Not sure. I am using it for a cedar strip canoe. Perhaps check the west system web site or talk to their technical team
