Our old set of lights finally gave out so I ordered these to replace them. They come with everything you need, including a wall brick for the USB connection if needed. These arrive with the metal strings of lights curled up. Leave them like that until you have them placed where you want them, or it will be a far more difficult endeavor than you anticipated. Once in place, unroll each light strand and finish placing where you want. I love that these have solid light options! The remote control is easy to use. We have these in our bedroom sandwiched between sheer curtains and in the 3 days they've been up there is no noticeable heat to them (I check nightly).

Bought this for my wedding but will be using this after for the large window in my house. The hooks are pretty sturdy & stay on. The wire is easy to work with but also seems thick enough to be able to set it up multiple times without breaking. The variety of colors is fun to play with & change up every once in a while. They're very bright though, would not suggest setting up in a bedroom. The lights look beautiful behind my photo backdrop & the remote works great. Would recommend instead of a light curtain that only has one color, worth every penny.

I bought these for Christmas decor! I saw that they were marked as frequently returned but the price was too good not to try! They are so cute! I did not straighten them completely out and I hung 2 sets per window! They worked great. When I took them down after Christmas I put them in my daughter’s room. She loves them. I honestly think they are great! USB plug in and they have a remote. Pro-tip… if you buy more than 1 set you can use the same remote for all to sink the light blinking patterns. Totally worth the money!

The lights themselves are great, however the remote it came with does not work. I even tried changing the battery and it still doesn’t work.

I love these hanging curtain lights - I live in a northern city where the winters bring very short days, with long, dark nights and adding these strings of purple lights to my living space has brightened and enlivened my nights. For such a small package, the LEDs on these strings are bright, and have lasted quite a bit longer than I had anticipated. I leave them on all the time, and they don't seem to add more than pennies to my electric bill. They are long enough that they cover nearly the entire wall of a small bedroom, and reach from the ceiling to the floor. The wiring is wound in tight circles when the curtain lights arrive for convenience, and the shape will slowly become more straight as gravity takes effect. This is my second set of curtain lights, my first order went dark after a year of constant, 24/7 use, which to me, for the price is more than adequate. The remote works well, but I have rarely used it, since I leave my curtain lights on continually. The eight settings programmed into the remote offer a variety of lighting modes, such as steady light, fast blinking, slow blinking, alternating, or waves, glittering, etc. There is also a dimmer option, with a simple higher or lower button. The head of the remote has an ON and OFF switch, as well as a timer. Be Aware: The way these lights are packaged for shipping, the individual strands come tied in circles, and although I have always installed them on my own, it would be easier to have a helping hand, since the wire has a tendency to snarl. I had this happen with one strand, and after that I unfurled the others with more care, and had no problems. Just a thought . . .

Love these. Bought them initially to use as a curtain behind me on social media channel which worked great then decided to use them across my ceiling. They tangle easy but with patience its fine. Worth the price. Would buy again. Also have different flash settings that are great.

I really like these window curtain lights overall. The price is good and once you set them to a mode you like, they look very pretty on the window. However, I don’t like the default pattern when you first turn them on. The first mode flashes very fast and very strong. It feels too intense, and I honestly think it could be uncomfortable or even triggering for someone with light sensitivity or epilepsy. I wish the lights had a memory function, or at least a way to start on the last mode used, instead of always going back to that fast flashing pattern. If you know a neighbor with these medical issues, or if someone in your home could be sensitive to fast flashing lights, I would recommend avoiding these lights, since the first mode always turns on automatically. Another issue is the cable. The wire is extremely thin and gets tangled very easily. It’s hard to untangle and can be stressful because it forms knots quickly. So overall: good price and nice effect once set up, but the lack of memory and the tangling wires are big downsides for me. I hope future versions improve this.

Does not come with wall plug. So make sure you order one separately that can accommodate a standard size usb. These lights are very bright and have a lot of different programs to select from on the remote. However, they are the bare-copper wire type LEDs so they were very fiddly to unwind and prone to tangling—I have no idea how I will take them down and put away for next year without snarling them. However, still giving 4 stars because they looked fantastic behind sheer curtains for my Halloween party, and for less than 10 dollars, I consider that a win.
