It work with the dcw600b?

Yes anything that works with 611 compact router will work with cordless 600

What do i need to connect this to a dewalt dcv581h vacuum?

An adapter down to 1.875"(I think). There is an adapter you cut at desired size, $5 at Menards. I bet the vacuum port diameter is in the product description.

will this work on the 618

It is meant for the trim router, not the the full-sized 618

Es compatible con la router dcw600??

No, the DCW600 router would use the DNP615 dust collection adapter
