It’s Between and Four or Three Stars
Give it a four for now, retention is better than the Stella lightning speed and fumes are lower than the Elite brand. Retention is so so, lose about a third right away or the day after which I know is not good ratio but when I get really good contact it lasts. Giving a four stars instead of three stars because it doesn’t make my eyes as red at the Elite brand when I use it on myself.
