Is this bag small enough to use as a personal item at the airport?

U have to look at the airline and airport regulations on the size of bag you can take on a Cary on.

Does this have ykk metal zippers?

They do not appear to be YKK brand zippers, but the duffel bag does have metal zippers on it. The smaller travel bag has a (very hard) plastic zipper tab to pull on.

It didn’t arrive with the shoulder strap and the description says it includes a shoulder strap. When will I get it? That’s false advertisement!

The strap was in one of the pockets for us.
