Amazing product! We have been trying this for a while now and so amazing. We love the taste and just the overall feeling this gives us. This coupled with liposomal glutathione has made a noticeable difference in recovery from post‐exertions malaise from ME/CFS & Fibro. It won't miraculously heal you, but with these things any incremental improvement is worth it. Plus the taste is so bad, I have to dilute it so much (at least 32oz) that it keeps me hydrated! Glad my doctor recommended. If your using this to treat PEM, you'll no it's working for you right away, you won't need to wait for weeks, although I do usually feel better the next day and when I take it consistently.

Great product I use it as a workout

I regularly lift weights and am into fitness, but I wanted to add some essential amino acids to my routine. For context, I enjoy a popular brand of high-sodium electrolyte powder along with my beloved creatine. I have been using these aminos for a few weeks now, and I feel a slight increase in my energy and stamina while I lift...not a huge change, but it's definitely there (I was probably deficient). The product doesn't dissolve well unless it's in a blender bottle with my mixed greens supplement. No big deal because I have an electric frother and use that, but something to keep in mind. No one wants to drink chunks in their water. I have the lemon lime flavor and while it doesn't take terrible at first, it does have a strange artificial aftertaste from the sweetener used. I don't find it to be as big of an issue when mixed with my electrolytes or greens, though. But just with water...not my favorite. This is also much better cold. When it gets lukewarm, the aftertaste is much stronger. Drink it ice cold! The value for the money is pretty decent, so I will continue to purchase as I have found a noticeable improvement in my daily life. Hope that helps!

Great flavor and no after taste.

This product is very misleading and so is their website claiming its around 30g of protein. Theres zero protein in it. Go to the website and copy and paste the ingredients to ai and it will tell you. Thankfully theres a money back guarantee. The lemon lime is awful but just chug it if you just want aminos

My favorite stuff ever. Gives me steady energy. I take it with my pre workout and creatine before the gym.
