Does anyone have their rocker paddle breaks easily? The little plastic tabs it rocks on break. Looking for replacement or alternative

Mine breaks every two to three months. The plastic breaks between the two switches and will no longer remain switched off. I have quite literally replaced mine 8 times in three years. Mine were all purchased at home depot. I was waiting for Leviton to fix the problem. As of today, they have not.

AbsolutelyIn almost all cases the bathroom light and fan come in as separate wiring and are combined at the light switch.So you can separate them there into two switches.
