What are the dimensions? They have all this information about the product but nothing that says how long it is when its unfolded.

all the dimensions (both folded and unfolded) are in one of the photos in the information page. Unfold dimension: length 75" width 28"

No smell other than new smell and that wears off fast.

I don't know about the warranty. But I think it is covered by consumer protection

Will a twin air mattress fit on this?

Probably But if you are going to put an air mattress on it....just use like a sleeping bag pad. The cot is really quite comfy and im 350 pounds.
