how hard wearing is the sole?

I wore it the whole day and i didn't feel any form of discomfort. The sole is a bit not too soft or hard. Perfect for outdoor and indoor exercise.

No, they are not waterproof to any degree

Any arch support in these?

These shoes are not totally flat and have a small arch support but I don’t think it would be suitable if you have foot issues that need full arch support.
