No directions
Love my ZAAZ BUT it didnโt come with any directions or pamphlets or anything extra that I thought it would haveโฆ. I contacted the company and they said they would send it to me but never did, pretty bummed out about that. Other than not very good customer service, I got it figured out and really do enjoy using it after my workoutsโฆ

Best 2k I've ever spent.
I bought this after a demo at my local Costco and the assurance of the sales person that it would help my back. Prior to using it I suffered back pain on a daily basis: getting out of my car, out of bed, sitting at the kitchen table, not to mention pulling my lower back out on occasion, keeping me immobile for days. I use it almost every day and haven't felt back pain since. In addition, for years I haven't been able to scratch my back without wincing from the pain in my shoulder. Now, I can't even find that pain. The only negative is that the HRM is a joke.

Great, but terrible customer support
The ZAAZ is amazing works really well. I ordered from an Amazon vendor and there was a missing wire. ZAAZ customer service was horrible they are not helpful not nice I donโt recommend them. The seller on Amazon was great took care of the situation with no issues

Exercise without effort
It is an easy way to exercise and tone. For me it is building up heartrate. And when you live in a climate where it can be well over 100 degrees for much of the day, this sure beats walking outside!
