Will it help to reduce hair fall?

Completely reduce? No but it definitely have made difference

I bought this item but cannot screw it into the hose as the size is different. Do i need to get a connector? Or is it simply incompatible?

It was straight forward hook up for me. Sorry don’t know abt the adapter

Does mineral bead include the cotton piece too?

As you cannot take the unit apart I cannot tell you for sure however, at the top of the head there is a piece of white what looks like a filter just under the white beads. Hope that helps and gives you the answer, once I am finishedd with this one I will take it aprart and check for interest sake.
