Melamine Dinnerware Set - 12pcs dinnerware set Indoor and Outdoor use, Plates and Bowls Set for 4, Two-color Design Dishes, Dishwasher Safe (Red+Black)

This was my first melomine set and I didn’t actually know what it felt like for those of you who are looking at sets and you’re trying to figure out like hey does it feel like the stoneware where it kind of feels like plastic or does it feel like that cheap plastic that you see in stores now that is reusable no it feels the closest to regular China or regular dishware but it has a little bit more of a plastic but I guess I can say artificial feel to it it looks great it makes the same sounds that dishware does it’s kind of waited like dishware and on top of that my boyfriend had turned our oven on and it’s a gas oven and we had had breakfast and we had left the bacon on the plate and the plate was in the oven it was in there probably a good 10 minutes with the oven preheating at 3:50 and he took it out and there was nothing wrong with it the plate was just extremely hot now I can’t sit here and say that if it had a side in there it wouldn’t have melted or something like that but it was very durable I haven’t dropped any of them so I can’t say like if you drop them they won’t break because I can tell you that they do feel enough like regular China dishware or ceramic dishware that mean they might break but maybe not definitely tomorrow at 10 I would buy again I’m looking at other sets this it also has like ridges in it and it looks really cute it’s an expensive it’s really chic definitely something you can use a dinner party or something like that

I’m updating my review. These aren’t bad dishes at all. However, they get burning hot when put in the microwave. Just something to think about when purchasing.

Terrible and cheap. Was not expecting plastic ....mold grows on them after a day of sitting dirty. Hard to clean. ...and. NOT microwave safe !!!!

I really like the look of theses dishes. However, the plates are really large, and I would have liked small plates instead of the pasta bowl. Also, I was really disappointed that most of the plates are warped on the bottom and so they don't sit flat. The plates were also scratched from the utensils after one use. Wouldn't buy again, especially at that price not the quality I expected for the price I paid.
