When I bought my first smart phone (which was only two years ago), my friend recommended I get a case by UAG, and so I did because I trust my friend and he would never steer me wrong unless he's in charge of buying the beer and we wind up drinking mango cheddar pretzel seasonal lager something because it was on sale (I've no idea why) and the girl behind the counter suggested it (that's right, because no one is buying it) and she's cute so you can't say "No". But anyway. I bought the case for my phone and, Cousin, it was a thing of beauty... a work of art. Rugged. Durable. Heavy duty. Hard core. It wiped away all of my fears of dropping it because I knew it would survive. Fast forward to the time of this review and I now get to be the guru of phone cases as I recommend this case to my Father who just bought his first smart phone this month, the Luddite that he is... coming from the two year smart phone veteran here. And, again, the case is just a rugged bastard. And it's been tested, because the old man can't stop dropping his phone, so I KNOW this thing protects the goods. So. What's the take away here? If you want to feel safe and confident that your phone is protected from falls, get yourself an Urban Armor Gear phone case... your phone will be a bada$$, just like you. And stay away from beers that are too fancy for their own good.
