I've beat the crap out of this thing and it just won't die!
This thing is more than just a hydration backpack. It's a football, a pillow, something to throw at wild animals, a carry-on for international flights.........the list goes on. I've used it for all of this and more. I bought mine just before COVID made everything so much fun. Initially, I was only going to use it for what most people might, a hydration backpack. When COVID happened, the only thing that I could (safely) do and use this with was bicycling. I had bought an additional bladder for it, just because something like that is replaceable as well as expendable. I also bought the cleaning stuff for the bladder. Although I don't use it too much, I still have it, and I've kept it very clean and stored very well. I've never had any problems with the bladder at all (no leaks), and I struggle to keep everything that I own in optimal condition. The additional bladder that I purchased is larger, but it works well. This thing has gone with me on the Appalachian Trail (no, not all of it), was my carry-on and daily backpack all through trips to Germany, the Czech Republic, Korea, and Japan (carrying everything for everybody), accompanied me throughout a few weeks in South Dakota, Wyoming, Montana, and a few other states where I just beat the crap out of it, overstuffed it well beyond it's capacity, and put it through every imaginable stress test possible. This is my go-to, especially on bike rides and hikes, and while I have a (much) more expensive backpack (that is significantly larger), this one just feels right to wear and houses the necessary stuff. I've loaded it up with both a Yeti 46 ounce and 26 ounce water bottles along with snacks, drivers license, keys, wallet, and more, and have taken it on many mile long hikes. The straps are sufficient for the load and I never feel discomfort despite having back issues. Zero tears in the fabric, even with what I put it through. If there's one (very) small thing, the insulation on the inside is getting a tiny, tiny bit worn, but not enough to warrant getting a new one. One can barely tell this, though, I have to really look at it as it's not peeling up or anything, just getting a bit worn. Honestly, this backpack should have turned to dust after a year (that was my belief). Fully able to get a good fit with the straps. I'm 5' 10", you can see the fit in the pictures. One absolute bonus, which I found is not as common as I've noticed, is the headphone jack hole or whatever it's supposed to be. During my trip to the midwest, I was able to store a back up battery charger for my phone in the front pocket of the backpack and run a long cable through this and into the shoulder strap, down to my front pocket to keep my phone charging the whole time. Worked like a charm. I would not hesitate to buy this again. I'd like to, but there really isn't a need just yet, so I'll wait it out. Highly reliable item, and it has definitely been an asset to me during my excursions. I can say that this backpack has relieved me of any stress caused by damage or failure.

Really good! Amazing performance!
Doesn’t feel uncomfortable on my back, and is the right size where it holds stuff, but isn’t too big. The insulated pocket where the hydration pack is, can hold more than just the pack. You could probably fit in two additional bottles. It holds two liters of water, which I find enough for me. At first, on first use (maybe also the second) the water might taste a little funny, which can be masked with cold water. Advice: put tons of ice in it! It keeps your water cold! After I’m done with the pack, it needs to dry out before I put it away (you wouldn’t want it getting moldy) so what I do is, I put a plastic cup in the empty pack, in a way that will keep it open, therefore letting the water evaporate. Come back the next morning, and it should be dry! I haven’t cleaned it yet ho, because I’ve only used it for water. I’ve gone canyoneering with it, and it is still in amazing condition, tho I had to take it off twice, and send it down after me. So the quality seems pretty good! Overall, it’s very good, just make sure to take proper precautions that it shouldn’t get moldy. My sister has had this for several years now, and hers is also in amazing condition. My mom got a brand new one from a different company, and it got a little scraped up, and even has a hole from canyoneering, while ours looks brand new! I am loving this backpack, and am satisfied. 100% recommend!

Awesome bag for the price.
I ordered this bag in 2019 and I have been using it for my personal hikes as well as cub scout hikes. It has been a great bag and just now after 6 years of use is showing the first signs of wear on the zipper. I feel like I can easily stich the effect area up. It fits alot and I love the storage in the waistbelt. Perfect for my car key. When I do need to replace this bag it will definitely be with the same one!

Designed with a woman in mind
Design is female friendly, I particularly like the padded waist belt with easy access pockets. Thermal liner is good quality and vibrant color that keeps me visible. I wish the H2O compartment had an interior pocket, but that's it.

great hydration pak
I'm 5'4 125lbs and while it might be a tad big, it's still comfy for long day hikes. The water bladder holds plenty. I struggled in the beginning trying to get a drink as I used to have a camelbak which you bit the tube and this one you need to pull on the line. NO leaks anywhere and a wide opening to refill easily.

Even more perfect than I’d expected! Love this thing!
This backpack turned out to be so perfect, it almost feels like it was tailor-made for me. The bladder has a nice big opening at the top making it easy to refill (and fit ice into), the mouthpiece of the straw is protected well and not difficult to drink out of (like my last one), and as you can see in the picture, it even has little velcro straps to hold the bladder upright & in place. But most importantly, the entire interior of the water pouch is lined with insulating material! I didn’t even realize that was a feature when I bought it, but it proved incredibly helpful for my mid-summer hiking adventures in Yosemite. The ice I put in eventually melted, but my water stayed cool all day! I really love the construction of the rest of the bag as well. There’s plenty more room in the insulated pouch to fit 2 gatorades & some snacks alongside the full bladder, and the outer pouch has smaller pockets for odds & ends like a wallet, knife, first aid kit, and whatever else. There are 2 smaller waist pouches which are actually large enough to fit things you’d wanna keep handy, unlike some other bags I’ve used. I put my sunglasses & a pack of Kleenex in one side, and some mini-tubes of sunscreen, lotion, hand sanitizer, chapstick, and a pill fob in the other. The last thing I’ll mention was the bit of netting on the outside under the cross-crossed bungee cords, which made sure my hat & jacket didn’t fall out. I was able to clip my flashlight & a couple of other things onto the outside as well, keeping them easily reachable for later. I’m honestly amazed that this backpack was not only so perfectly tailored to what I wanted in a hydration pack, but it is incredibly well-constructed & sturdy for its price point. I’d highly recommend this for anyone else looking for just the right amount of features in a hydration pack without it being too bulky!

A functional backpack
A wonderful hydration pack! It got me through 3 days and almost 70 miles of walking at Bonnaroo 🤣 but it has a whistle on the chest strap, the little waiter strap pockets are wonderful. I fit so many trinkets in them. It gives good back support with both buckles closed. Overall a great design for a hydration pack.

Terrific pack!
Bought one for myself, my daughter and her bf for a hiking trip out west. We all wound up using them for backpacks on the airplane (packed the bladder in luggage) and general around-town use. As a hiking pack, it's amazing! Small, but mighty. There were days we'd carry more than one bladder (I'd bought 3L bladders separately as extras) in the same pack - either a 2L and 3L or two 2L. There was still enough room in the insulated part for 1-2 sandwiches, gorp and snack bars. I was concerned about a funky taste in the bladders, but neither of them had that issue. The smaller pocket held all sorts of items from small first aid kit, ID to phone to miscellaneous whatever. On the outside, the bungee cord held foldable hiking poles and / or a light rain jacket and a tiny microfiber swim towel. Plus, there are zipper pockets on the waistband straps. The packs were really easy to adjust as well. Overall, these packs really did the trick! One comment on the size is they fit those of us who are more slight and less broad through the shoulders. I bought the Mubasel insulated hydration packs for my hubby and son who are broad through the shoulders. This pack is even small enough for a friend who's barely 5' and comfortable for daughter's bf who's about 6'.
