Saved upstairs for the summer!
Bought 2 to create cross breeze. Set one to Cool and second to Exhaust. Works like a dream and has made upstairs bearable again. Easy install, thin enough that you don't need to remove window screens. Sides slide easily and tabs on top and bottom hold securely into sides of window frame along with the window on top. Remote doesn't come with AAA batteries. So happy with this purchase.

Great. reverse air, bit noisy
Great fan. Reverse air with remote. Louder than they advertised but not bad.

Reverse is electrical and works well. Annoying button beeps and bright lights on panel.
Easily reversible. Fan has good power and switches settings fine. Fan isn’t especially loud, I can still hear the birds outside in the morning, but has a nice drone to it. Biggest issue we’ve had is that the buttons have a LOUD beep every time you push them. It’s annoying in the middle of the night when you’re trying to turn it off. I haven’t tried the remote control yet so don’t know if it beeps when using that too. Also the lights when it’s on are really bright so we put electrical tape over them because they lit up the bedroom at night. Other issue is that we bought this particular fan because it said it could be used vertically in the description and we have a thin tall window, well to do it properly you need to pull out both panels on the sides of the fan, but the little clips to keep them extended are cheap and can’t hold the weight of the fan so it can stand up vertically. We ended up stretching them out and hot glueing and taping them extended so it works. A pain in the butt to have to ‘fix’ those issues, but honestly when was the last time anyone bought a product that isn’t expected to come with something annoying about it. They’re all going to have bright lights, annoying beeps, and poor quality pieces. It does the job otherwise.

Great Fan With an Exhaust Setting
This fan works very well. As you can see from the photo, my window is very old and busted, so I needed to add some tape around the edges to keep bugs out. I primarily bought this fan for two reasons: 1. Vent the hot air out of my room. 2. Vent cigarette smoke outside. This fan succeeds on both. Keeps the room nice and cool while also keeping the smell of smoke out. It's a *little* bit louder than other fans I've had, but it's not extremely loud. Installation was very easy, the one caveat is that the locking adjustable sides can be a bit... finnicky. My window is very wide, so I needed to extend them to their max size, and the locks kept unlocking with the amount of pressure the sides were producing inwards. However, I got it installed and it's now working great. The remote works out of the box. It takes 2 AAA batteries (not included). I'd recommend this fan for anyone who wants to keep their room cool, or vent cigarette smoke.

a very well priced window fan
Pros: -full featured unit with remote control that works -everything worked right out of the box - no issues with any parts or remote -generally well designed and fit the window as expected - not a perfect window seal none of these units are you'll have to add your own insulation -very quiet - you can sleep with it no problem at all -moves air in accordance to dual twin 9" fans - good for spring and fall not for hot summer Cons: -really I don't have any except the same that would apply to any window fan - that is to say, you can use it as an exhaust when the room is too hot or as an intake when the outside temperature is cooler that the indoor temperature, but to leave it as a permanent mount when it's hot outside and cool inside is completely counterintuitive since the unit is not sealed and does not come with any sort of cap to cover all the opened grating therefore let's heat in - I remove it from the window and close the window altogether but it's an inconvenience as is with all window fans Overall I highly recommend this unit thus far (don't know how long it will last) this is a very good spring and fall unit but will not help you much/at all during the summer - even as a twin 9" blades simply can't move enough air to make a difference during a hot summer day

Needs some DIY to function fully.
Amazing product, works really well with circulation and venting out air from a room. The only thing holding this fan back is the scrappy side panels to seel the window. Their very finicky and only lock if you put your heart and soul into it. But then the push pins used to lock them in place will just let go within the hour. Remote is amazing, still works just fine after being thrown at the wall and completely broken apart. Another thing holding it back is that the exhaust mode only reverses one fan and just leaves the other one not spinning. Would recommend, only if you have cardboard and duck tape.

I LOVE IT!! Works well but buzzes
June 12, 2022, update: I am adding a new found reason why this fan is AMAZING and why I just ordered a 2nd one. Today I noticed that the bug screen was plugged with cotton-wood fluff (it’s that time of year in Vancouver). All I had to do was remove the bug screen, clean it, and put it back on. Very easy and quick! The reason why this is AMAZING is because all my previous window fans required me to remove the front grill, clean it, clean the blades, and then use 1000’s of Q-tips to clean the back grill. This is so easy and very convenient. I’m not saying dust won’t ever get into the fan and make the blades and grill get dirty, but the bug screen will make the task much less frequent. ****I LOVE IT**** I live in the Vancouver BC area and last summer we experienced an excruciating heat dome so I decided to buy this item in January 2022 when supply was not a problem. I finally needed it this week (May 30/22). I’ve had several window fans over the years. I chose this one because of the remote control, and the bug screen and cover. My window slides open so it is installed vertically. The “fins” that pull out on each end are cheap. One side came apart. No big deal, I prefer to use a piece of cardboard to fill the gap between the fan and the top inside edge of the window. The fan works very well. It does have an audible buzz to it when turned on, but it’s a lot quieter than my air conditioner and uses little electricity to operate. The bonus is that I can use the remote control to change fan direction from cooling the room to blowing out stale air. Last night was my first time using it and at 3:00am a skunk sprayed near the building. It was a luxury to be able to grab the remote from my bed and switch the blades to blow out. In the past I had to get up, remove the window fan, and close the window. Then - try to figure out how to get the stench out of the room. So overall I am very happy with the product.

An Unbearable Fan Experience: Why You Should Avoid This Noisy, Inefficient Window Fan
Don't be lured by the ease of unboxing this fan, as it's ultimately a disappointment that's not worth your money. Be warned - this fan doesn't include batteries, so you'll need to buy those separately. What's worse, the fan's noise level is obnoxiously loud, rattling metal and emitting an irritating hum from the motor. In a small room, even the medium setting can be overpowering. The fan's design is flawed, featuring annoying high-pitched beeps every time you change the settings. With three speeds and three vent options (intake, outtake, and circulate), adjusting the fan at night will surely disturb your peace. Moreover, the highest speed fails to deliver sufficient airflow while generating uncomfortable noise. Consider this: the fan doesn't push enough air in, out, or circulate effectively. The extendable side pieces, designed for wider windows, don't lock securely, and the poor construction is evident. A crucial design oversight is the lack of a separating wall between the two fans encased within a single container. This means the fan's four airflow holes cannot maximize the motors' potential, with the fans working against each other. If it weren't for the extreme humidity, I'd return this fan without hesitation due to its limited usability. Coupled with the excessive beeping when adjusting settings, this product is far from worth it. I'll be steering clear of this brand and similar products in the future. Lastly, in this day and age, the subpar remote appears like a cheap knockoff from a bygone era, and we deserve better. I’m considering returning since the fan is not pushing enough air in, out, or circulating as well as you would expect it to. The side pieces that extend so you can fit it better in your window don’t seem to lock well, and while you may not experience the same issue it is pretty obvious this fan cost $5 to produce. Without a separating wall in between the two fans, when trying to circulate air it just seems to get stuck in between the fan. I could see it worsening the air quality despite easy install terrible noises. Don't be lured by the ease of unboxing this fan, as it's ultimately a disappointment that's not worth your money. Love it!
It works so good. I love the different options it has. My one dislike is the beep it makes every time you push a button. Either than that its great.

Puedo dormir tranquilamente.

Pleased overall but expanders are useless
Overall, I am quite happy with it so far and feel I received good value for the price (bought it on Prime Day for $68). It moves air pretty well and while I didn't think I would have much use for the circulate option that's what I use most of the time. Bit noisy at top speed but I live downtown and get so much noise through the window to begin with (traffic, sirens, yelling weirdos, etc.) that the fan noise becomes white noise for me however, if you are used to a quiet bedroom this may be an issue for you. I like having the remote so I don't have to get out of bed at night to change settings. Only negative thing and the reason I took off a star from my rating is that the accordion expanders are garbage, as they won't lock into place. I use the fan vertically in the window and there is absolutely no way I would trust them to hold the fan in place so I had to improvise. I use the bug screen on the outward facing side all the time in addition to the window screen and like having the fabric screen to put on when I go out so I don't have to worry about the schmutz coming in from the street all day. There was no problem fitting the fan into my window. Update August 25, 2024: Happy to say that the fan is still working as well as when I starting using it last year. With the heat we've had, it has been on more days and for longer periods of continuous time so I am still very pleased with my purchase.
