My hermit crabs love to use these mineral blocks. You'll see the shavings on the sides of the blocks from the hermits so I place them all in the tank. They last a long time too, don't smell, have a decent size, and worth the money.

It was full of cat food due to the other package was broken and leaked all over this item.
