I bought this 5 months ago and, all of a sudden it doesn't work. The charge goes from full to empty within couple of hours!!! I want to return this item but saying I cannot return. Are fitbits bought on amazon only meant to last 5 months? I am disgusted and want a replacement or my money back

a great package. Really impressed with the software and app. Only quibble is that the wrist band could be better. Once fitted on the wrist there is a tag of wristband that is hanging down and catching. If you tuck it in it rubs against your skin and can cause a sore.

Most promised ECG app yet to come to my location. 😞. Battery Life is max 2-3 days in my case.

As a fan who upgraded from the Charge 4, it’s a fantastic improvement. Works smooth, even has a water lock when you’re taking a shower or swim. Smooth delivery and no malfunctions. Plugged it in, updated it and synced to the phone. Easy and does the job!

It stopped functioning after only 6 months of usage - yet FitBit refused to repair or replace it under my warranty. I am extremely disappointed in this and would advise you all stay away from buying this product.

Love the design of this watch, looks good with any outfit. It tracks your sleep, steps, workouts, heart rate (without any distractions for notifications, as I didn’t switch mine on) etc. And a silent vibrating alarm is something I can’t imagine myself living without anymore!

I am big fan of Fitbit as fitness tracker device and I started my journey with it 4 years ago during Covid-19 by using Charge 5. I then changed to Charge 6, which is massive upgrade - display, features, you name it... BUT this device didn't last one year for me and I purchased it two times, two Charge 5 in my amazon order list. And every time I went to the pool - cause one of the heavily promoted features is water resistance - and this device is dead. First time it good locked for good (I did almost everything), second time it switched to constant reboot. Today I purchased Charge 6 (call me not prudent, but I have 4 years of health data in my app) and no way I will be using it in the pool or in the water.

Yes you can get cheapo fitness watches 30% the price of the Charge 5 (UK), but I tried one of those last year and it was a total waste of time. Display was virtually invisible in daylight, accuracy was poor and functions very limited. The Charge 5 is head and shoulders above them. The display is awesome, the navigation easy to use and intuitive and the supporting phone app very informative and helpful. Of course, it doesn't offer the accuracy and functionality of apple and android super smart watches, but frankly, I am not there yet. (I dont really need functions that I use my phone for on my watch as well). My wife was so impressed with the positive impact the watch had on my fitness regime she got one as well! She loves it just as much as I do. I bought a different strap as I did not get on with the rubber one it came with (I have sensitive skin) but that was no big deal. My wife was super happy with hers. Battery life is amazing. We leave our watches on day and night and only charge once every five days or so... We've had the watches over a month now and have no regrets - though I am told not to expect much more than 18 months 2 years life expectancy. Time will tell and maybe I will update this review as and when it expires! If you're looking for a good entry level fitness watch to help kickstart your health plans then look no further. Pete (UK)

Me encanta q ahora es a color, con nuevas funciones y que te avise que funciones consumen mas batería. Lo único malo es que desapareció la función “entrenamiento” que usaba mucho con el Fitbit 3

Mon bracelet ne fonctionne plus, je appel fitbit, garantie terminé, depuis 1 an, cela ne fait rien il prenne en charge, je renvoi le lundi, et je reçois un nouveau bracelet le vendredi, bravo fitbit et merci
