The product functions well. Hardware is working fine no heating issue as such . The processor is weak so some heat is expected as soon as it boots (cpu runs at 100%). Boot time is around 5.8 seconds. Normal reading and surfing gets me 6 to 7 hours but i did use it for 8+ hours . Like i said everything is fine in hardware front but drivers are the issue . You don't get good drivers at avita India site . You have to download it from international site . After every update some drivers crash like camera speaker or trackpad and the you have to reinstall the drivers and wait for it to get back on further boot. Linux is out of question. Screen comes inverted and the interface doesn't work , touch doesn't work , in rare cases network manager doesn't work. So yeah it's an okay windows laptop but you should have some prior experience with drivers and adding uninstalling devices to run this laptop else you can turn off windows update but the how is it better that chrome or android tablets in this range .

this review after use of 5 days. 1. somebody has written that above 1TB external HD can't be used. I have used my 5TB HD for transfer of data. It is well connected and data transfer rate is good. 2. Office 360 is temporary. hence I installed my Microsoft office which works well. 3. Speed is little bit slow which u may not notice if single application has operated. 4. PC operates at 50 to 70 % of CPU and almost 80% of memory which make little worried to me. 5. I am also using it for delivering reports through service plus and meeting. Till yet no problems. Installed java for that. finally, i can say as on date that for this price it is a good laptop. Keyboard is not Bluetooth and yes removable. screen has good clarity and not having good viewing angle. Speaker is pathetic but it is ok in room. Mic is fantastic. As compared to other chrome based, I prefer it, as I have to operate it for digital signature and service plus.

I buy this product on 4th February and i write this review video after 10 days, display is not working properly, internet is also not working, it is running very slow and the main issue of this laptop, monitor is not working with keyboard, all the functions were stopped when i attached the keyboard with monitor. Even within two days of purchase this product, i got this issue. I was on sick leave those days so I am not able to noticed properly all the things and when i worked with the laptop, i have got issues with display, internet, keyboard also. I have to restart the device 2-3 times then it can be worked little bit but without keyboard only not with the keyboard. Now return policy is over so i am not able to replace the product. If we’re unable to use the keyboard so why we can purchase this laptop. I have tablet also, and i would like to recommend all of u guys plz don’t buy this product, if u re searching 2 in 1 laptop, i would like to suggest u guys plz go for tablet not for this avita laptop bcoz it is bloody useless..

Generally, a good laptop but, with only 64 GB of hard drive of its own and each update taking up about 4-5 GB, this laptop will be useless within a year as it will not be able able to update at all for lack of space. When I received the laptop, it had a user usable 35 GB space and, as it updated its software and I installed Microsoft Office, I was left with just 21 GB of space. Of course, I inserted a 128GB SD card for my own data. Another issue I felt is that there should have been at least 2 USB ports - one for a mouse and another for an external hard drive. With only one USB port, it is difficult to use this laptop. On the other hand, I thought that the mini-HDMI port is of no use and that space could have been used to provide for another USD port. The laptop has an option to install Windows 11. I think the manufacturer should think of installing an embedded memory of at least 128GB instead of 64GB, which is just too little for a laptop.

The laptop is overall good, but the camera position is not proper hence it's difficult to be seen on screen , the audio quality is low, need a very quiet room to use it or need to attach external speakers . Otherwise it's an excellent choice to make for the price. Very good built quality, good for online classes.

Avita doesn't even exists in India but Product I was got still working after so many years very well

The detachable Keyboard stopped working within a month of delivery, and their support asked to visit a support center as this product is not covered for onsite support. No concerns so far, given it to the supported center as mentioned in their product box. No news post that and even no response from the support center contact number after multiple tries. Reached to their main toll free number to hear that the support center where I gave the device for repair is no longer their authorized service center and now I have to get back the device and give it to another service center. This is their support state in the IT capital of India, can’t imagine in other cities.
