2 Pack Power Failure Alarm,Automatic Power Cut Failure Alerter,80db Electricity Cut Warning Siren

Bought the two-pack so that I have one for the fridge, one for the chest freezer. Small and easy-to-use device, takes 2x AAA batteries. The alarm is a high-pitched warbling type, not overly loud but you won't mistake it for something like a smoke detector or entry alarm - it's unique. You'll hear it, unless you live next to busy train tracks. It has an 'off' switch so it's relatively easy to disable. In my case, I'll have to pull the fridge out to get to it, but the one on freezer is easy to get to. The reason I got them is because a circuit breaker popped on my freezer and I only happened to catch it a few hours later - luckily I didn't lose anything.

Exactly what I needed. I have a mini fridge near my desk with a plug that just has to be located near my foot. I sometimes barely knock the plug out and a few times the fridge went too long without power. That is not a problem anymore. I still occasionally hit the plug, but I always know right away if there has been a power disconnect. The noise is sharp and annoying, but not so loud it's painful. And it's definitely apparent.

Work well, when power goes off these loudly tell you about it. We use it on our refrigerator/freezer

No need to buy expensive breaker finders. A very beautiful extremely unmistakable instrument.

I wish I could adjust the volume as they are very very loud. Also prefer a chirping sound to a constant mind-numbing screech. This will be fun when we actually lose power and these things go off up and down stairs. Now as for the build. Very cheap. One actually came broken. I fixed it with a bit of aluminum foil. We'll see how they hold up.

I realize these won't be super high qualify for such a simple device, but these are far the worst quality products I've ever experienced. Seriously. It looks like these were made by a grade school student in art class. Since they are being used with 110VAC, I'm returning as I will not trust these at all!

Today is 8/31/24 and I'm reviewing the 2-pack of POWER ALARM using AAA cells, not the other 3 offerings. I have a freezer that is powered through a GFCI, which sometimes trips. I needed to know when this happens, and I hate buying 9V batteries. I was willing to pay the extra for a model that used 2 AAA cells. It isn't super loud so I plugged it into the outlet on that circuit that is closest to where I'll be able to hear it. I hope the seller got a great deal on these, since they were packaged as WINDOW/DOOR ALARMS. Just ignore the packaging. This is why you won't see an image of the retail packaging on the listing.

One seems to function fine one is useless.

Es un engaño, no llega a los decibelios anunciados y uno de los dos no funcionaba en absoluto.

Ho acquistato questi due allarmi per essere avvertito se, di notte, dovesse saltare la corrente, ed evitare così di trovarmi con il freezer scongelato al mattino. Funzionano bene, non do 5 stelle perché l'allarme è un po' debole: se si ha una casa grande si rischia di non sentirlo da una parte all'altra della casa, soprattutto se ci sono porte chiuse di mezzo. Però costano davvero poco, quindi devo dire che sono soddisfatto. PS: la spina è americana ma dentro ci sono gli adattatori, quindi vanno bene per le prese italiane.
