This a bad product great quality and very versatile, it’s extremely stable and it supports well. Plus it really cheap so I am pleased my only issue is they are for my daughter and seem a bit large but it’s perfect for adults

These work as advertised! The first night after wearing these, I noticed the pain due to plantar fasciitis had decreased. I use them in my walking shoes. It took a a few minutes to get use to them but are now comfortable. The edges may fold over when putting on your shoes. I have not any issues of the cups slipping. Overall a great purchase.

These Tuli heel cups allowed immediate relief to my heels. I say heels, because you must wear both, in order to have equilibrium in your step. I only have one heel that gives me grief(a tiny area the size of a pin-top on my left ankle) but with your feet, you need to have each foot the same height. Thus, you must wear both. The cushioning is wonderful. I bought a REGULAR and I wear a 9.5 wide shoe. I wore them in my tennis shoes, yesterday, and for the first time, no excruciating pain during grocery shopping. They are thick, which helps the pressure on the heel. I think they may poke out at the top of some of my flats, but the rubber is thin at the sides and top, and can be easily trimmed down. At this point, I know that the bottom cushion is what provides the relief, so I’m willing to adjust whatever needs to be adjusted. Unlike some have reported, the inserts do not slide or move around. They do make my feet go a little deeper into the front of the shoe, but not enough to hurt my toes. Now, I buy wide toe box shoes, so that may be the reason I do not have problems. I do not wear tight-fitting or narrow-toe shoes. I want to be able to walk if I make to my 80s/90s!!! I’m determined to take care of my feet everyday with calf exercises, wearing toe stretchers at night, and magnesium foot soaks. I have no pain, except for a tiny pin-top-sized area on the back of my left ankle. It’s’ amazing how something so tiny can cause so much pain!! I’m sure a trip to the ortho is in order and I will go. But, for immediate relief, these fit the ticket. Tuli’s are the most wearable and functional heel cushions that I have ever purchased. I’ll stick with this brand, and continue to do leg and foot exercises daily. I hope they work for you, too.

Dealing with Plantar and Heel pain. This does provide shock absorption, but it raises the heel in the shoe, so it seemed I was actually adding pressure on the heel. I think this product would be much better as a full length insert (vs just heel) so the heel and sole all stayed at the same level while providing the necessary impact cushioning.

Definitely helped my heal pain. Won't say it cured it but made a difference for me. Made my shoes comfortable

Although Amazon keeps delivering open packages I put these in my shoes immediately because I’ve been suffering with foot pain and it’s also been affecting my knees. I am extremely overweight. I know it also am on my feet over eight hours shift and I’m very active but a problem and pain. My feet has been killing me these are my shoe and immediately as I was taking a step out of bed my feet didn’t hurt. I’ve had them in for two days now no pain in my feet. No joke. I have tried so many different things so many shoes Brooks hooka I was working I was doing a grounding pad and like I said these things have been a lifesaver. I go back to work tomorrow and I will get the ultimate test at. I can definitely say so far if you have heel spurs and plantar fasciitis get these there is one thing I don’t really care for it causes my heel to raise a little bit more and I think it’s causing pressure on my toes, but I’ll see if I get used to eyes nothing like how I had before the pain in my feet so I am so grateful this is a truthful and honest review and coming from somebody that was desperate!

I started having heel pain for fhe first time in my 39 years of life and will not accept defeat! These heels cups fit in my sneakers well, just sometimes have to adjust the back gets flipped inward. The first few times wearing them they help but no when wearing them (and walking) for longer periods like over 45 minutes. I know my shoes are a bit worn out so I feel like they would be a good option for someone not ready to toss their shoes. They did not solved my heel pain but they are a decent temp fix while I try other remedies.
