This amp works great, I hook it to the old cigarette lighter circuit that is 15amps so no need for extra wiring, clean and powerful sound, easy to install.

Ok. Just installed it on a Corolla 2009 non-jbl using the stock radio. I didnt want to replace the radio as i am not into loud music, but my speakers were damaged so i had to replace then and wanted to make use of their full potential. The amp does its job very well. I am very impressed. It fits behind the radio perfectly. It is powerful enough to output good sound without blasting, but im sure it can. Well worth the money. Had to play with the wiring but i was able to install with harnesses without cutting any of the original car wires, just the harnesses.

I got this because I didn't want to fill my trunk full of bulky, heavy, space eating gear. All I was after was a little more kick to the sound of my Sony CDX G1200U I purchased a couple years back and this works very well. It doesn't pick up engine noise or get real hot when used for an hour or more. It will let you know if your original recording has trash in it like hiss or pops because they will be more pronounced, but good clean original CDs or MP3 files sound great. The radio sounds like a radio but better. The installation instructions are easy to follow and it comes with all the cords and plugs you need. If you are looking for a system that will rattle your windows and license plate this isn't it, but it is a Sony product so the quality is there.

Super compact have push great sound. Installed in my gen3 Tacoma right behind my aftermarket stereo. I’m using front aftermarket speakers and stock rears and I get decent base.

Overheated and stopped working the first time I used it. It did sound really good while it lasted. I ended up sending it back for a full refund.

Very small and powerful. Fit my needs perfectly in Jeep TJ where passengers airbag used to be.

Bought a used 2010 Honda Accord and wanted to upgrade the factory stereo. Installed this amp inside the dash behind a new Sony head unit. The small size makes it easy to install. Also installed dedicated 12 gauge power directly from the battery. Matched to new Kicker speakers front and rear. This amp increases dynamic range and punch and around double the output over just the head unit. Amp does not get warm even when pushed hard. Unit appears high quality and solidly built.

Installation cost was a sheer waste as whenever we connect this amplifier and switch on the system the audio comes smooth for 2 minutes and then fails.....
