How do i open the bag

Take your time and look to see where it is connected. Gently lift the other side and the latch releases. my granddaughter could not open it at first either.

Go to your Amazon profile, tap your orders, scroll to item to return, and there should be a option to return (within ample time of purchase). Choose location to return item. Then check your email w/a return barcode. Once you arrive at location for your return show the Amazon employee the email, and submit return item.

What is the true color of the "purple" purse? The item is listed as purple but in the picture it looks pink.

It´s purple, the images make the item appear lighter in pictures.
