This headset was just what I was looking for to get away from a corded headset my employer sent me for my work from home setup. I didn't like the auto-anwer feature on this product, though, so I ended up turning off the smart sensors, but that's not a big deal to me. The set is comfortable to wear for an extended period of time, and it blocks out sound really well. I like that the charging stand and the headset are relatively compact and don't take up much space on my desktop, easy to tuck them away. Don't regret the purchase one bit. Would recommend getting it while it's on sale for the holidays, I bought it a week too soon and could have saved over $20 had i waited...oh well 🤷‍♂️

I am wearing glasses.. and this headset is pretty comfortable. Well built, still light enough. Much better than the other headset I tried. Also I use Dell precison workstation ... so Dell + Dell headset is what I am going with.

Was so excited about this product. My charging station not working after 5 months of using this devise! Very frustrating.

I am writing as a concerned customer, having recently purchased the Dell Premier Wireless ANC Headset - WL7022 on April 20, 2022, for which I paid over $219 plus additional shipping. From the first week of use, the quality of the product appeared deficient, as the plastic parts of the headset were popping out from the head band and not laying flat as they seem to be made to do, causing discomfort by catching my hair amongst other poor functionality issues caused by this. Despite very gently using the product, consistent only with its intended function, one side of the plastic headband connecting to the ear has recently broken completely in half. Now, the earpiece is attached solely by the wires.After contacting Dell support, I was informed that this constituted 'damage,' and therefore, was not covered under the basic warranty. This seems unreasonable and contrary to the standards of quality and customer service I would expect from a well-reputed company like Dell. The product, despite intended use, failed to provide the durability and reliability promised to consumers.I am further disheartened to find that Dell restricts access to its review submission link beyond 30 days from the purchase. This policy obstructs consumers from sharing their product experiences beyond the initial period, particularly important in instances of durability and longevity issues on expensive items such as this.In light of the facts presented, I believe a replacement or refund would be a fair resolution. I also suggest revisiting your review policy to ensure it more accurately represents long-term product performance, providing consumers with a holistic and honest view of their potential purchases.For anyone considering making expensive purchases from Dell in the future or in particular this wireless headset, given my experience I would rethink doing so. You will just be out several hundred dollars within a year.

In my 16yrs of my office environment, this has to be one of the best head sets I have owned. The clarity, comfort, and overall call quality is far above anything I have owned previously.It fits extreamly comfortable on the head and the earpads are soft, comfortable, and easy for those long confrence calls. Working from home and with the extended range of this headset I can freely walk around if needed and be connected with no loss of call quality or interuption from interferance.Then with the Teams intigration it makes it easy to log into meetins and answer Teams calls an more.This is a feature rich, easy to use, and one of the best headset you can get. I would definatlly recommend this above the rest.
