Can I use this on pine wood painted brown ?

I'm not sure. I used it on your typical 2 x 4 you get from home depot and it came out nice.

Do you have to seal it after it dries? And with what if you do, polyurethane?

Yes - a couple of coats with light sanding in between makes it smooth and water resistant. I use satin water based poly

Can this be used for unfinished kitchen cabinets

I don't see any reason why it couldn't be used to "age" unfinished kitchen cabinets. You would probably want to use a polyurethane to seal them.

Can you use this on a porch floor? I know it says indoor, but what would happen...would it be slipery?

It actually soaks into the wood and makes it look aged. There is no shine or anything to make it slippery or that would change the texture of the wood. It’s great if you want the weathers barn look. I loved it! Super easy and it had the consistency of water.
