Muy Fácil de usar. Se la regale a mi esposo, le encanto. Siempre la usamos en el balcon, la puedes colocar en cualquier lado porque no Ocupa mucho espacio. Cocina rápido y no produce humo.

It is an electric grill and works as expected. Not being a gas grill, the heat is not as quick and hot but still able to grill for about 4 people. Does take a bit more time, but happy with the end result. Overall quality is really good and assemble nicely with parts fitting together. As to grill not reaching high temperature on the gauge which is true, but the gauge is at the top part of the cover which should be expected. The grill surface is still plenty hot to cook food.

Despite the high marks given to this product, I found it difficult to assemble and not efficient for grilling The instructions were in drawings with no written explanations. Much of the hardware that held the bolts in place was tiny and could not properly be tightened, making the grill rickety. If I were to recommend this grill, which I do not, I would encourage that you pay someone to do the assembly. Regarding cleaning, after 30 minutes I gave up, unable to remove caked-on residue from the grill. Cleaning the inside of the bowl under the grill was a chore I was not willing to undertake after each use. As for grilling, even at the highest setting, it took too long to cook chicken. Hamburgers and hot dogs were ok. I returned the grill and received a full refund after one use and found it difficult, but not impossible, to fit back into the box. The return process was easy.

It works amazing! Loses heat fast but I don't really care as I'm not looking to be a grill expert on an electric bbq. I've tried burgers, mushrooms, and pork tenderloin. All came out beautifully and 10x better than in the oven or cast iron pan. worth the money and will be buying the cover soon.
