Will this work on my windows 10 i7-6700 machine that does not have a eufi bios? (most new gpus wont)

UEFI is not a type of BIOS per se, It is a software interface between an operating system and platform firmware. A Bios does not need to be UEFI Compliant so much as your OS does. Windows 10 can be installed with UEFI Support if it is loaded on a GPT partitioned hard drive instead of the standard MBR partition. If your system is Windows 10 compatible then you can use UEFI instead of the Legacy BIOS.
