Q: Does this printer have A3 and A4 paper trays

Ooops - er -actually it does - the A4 trays expand to A3 but it wasn't obvious from the instructions - sorry!!

Q: Does this accept the same ink cartridges as the WF3520?

No, this does not use the same inks as the WF-3520, this uses the Suitcase 405 inks, where as the WF-3520 uses the Apple or Stag inks.
