Boundless Cookbook

I heard Ben on Max Lugavere's podcast and was interested in this cookbook after listening to him. I've become much more proactive about food lately and these recipes are a great way to eat clean, while foods in a new way

I love this book as it has incredible recipes with gorgeous photos and incredible list of wellness resources in the back plus great tips on what Ben uses at home for his cooking! This is a great book for anyone that wants to improve their cooking skills at home by upgrading how they make their meals.

This is the perfect compliment to his Boundless book. This combination of books allows me to have an educated approach in managing my health.

Love the cook book. Some of the ingredients are a bit involved but fast food is toxic so we need to retrain our brains to make cooking enjoyable and reap the rewards of a beautiful effort.

Got this as gift for my husband (he’s the cook in the house) and he can’t wait to try all the recipes!

Great recipes from Ben Greenfield- chicken, bread, healthy treats!

I had high hopes for this cookbook based on the reviews...unfortunately, many of the recipes call for various powders/ supplements that I don’t have on hand. If you’re okay with having to order multiple items to cook with - or happen to have a lot of them on hand - the book could be good. And I should note I do have a lot of staples on hand for healthy cooking - just not the assortment of powders and supplements he calls for. Part of my criteria for a good cookbook is that I generally have easy access to the majority of the ingredients, either at home or at the grocery store. If I have to start ordering multiple items, that’s a big down side for me.

Die Maßangaben sind in cups, ounces und Co., das könnte man ja noch (mühsam) umrechnen, ok. Aber dann: einfallslose Rezepte mit vielen Halb-Fertigprodukten, die es in Deutschland nicht gibt. Sogar Firmenangaben, wo man das Zeug kaufen kann - eine gute Einnahmequelle für den Autor, nehme ich an. Ich bin ein großer Fan von Ben Greenfields Blog, aber das kann man sich sparen. Ich mache das sonst so gut wie nie, aber dieses Buch habe ich zurückgegeben.
