Definitely drinking more water with these, however i tried the boost sachet first and found no results. Flavour is okay, slightly mild for my liking even with less than 700ml of water, and the cherry flavour is a little pasty but after a few sips I didn't notice it anymore. Overall I'd say these are good if you want to drink more water but energy wise it has had no effect.

Only tried one sachet so far, but liked the taste (not too salty) and think it did give me more energy. I like the mix variety box as it means you can try different types and flavours before committing no to one!

These are absolutely amazing, the flavours are great, not keen on Guava one though but coconut and strawberry/lime are a favourite, just ordered my second lot of 30 sachets. Gives me the boost I need and drink alot more water than I use to. Thank you 😊
