It was not comfortable at first, and I was always worried that it would break. Actually, there is no problem at all. Now I lie on it for 30 minutes every weekend, and I feel that my body is stretched very well.

Really helps my lower back to loosen up. Back issues seem better since I've been using it.

works to a degree and helps with some pain in the low back but not as good as a good ole chiro.

It is not difficult to use but no instructions were included. I went to YouTube and watch a couple of videos.Using it on the lowest level it collapsed under my weight, 200 pounds. Using it on the middle level was ok but don't rush into using it to soon, I would use level 1 for a week or 2 before moving up the the next level.I felt better after using level 1 but I think I moved up to level 2 to quickly and it was painful getting off of the unit. I am still trying it out at this point

You guys, I bought this for the sole reason of trying to straighten and reliving the tiredness of my hunched back, I mean I’m probably exaggerating on the hunched back, but it sure feels like it, I am sooo forgetful of keeping my back straight, so my upper back feels it now. Not only is it helping me with the tiredness feeling, but I experienced something soooooooo unexpected, within the 1st 5 minutes i repeat the first 5 minutes of laying on this thing my whole entire body started relaxing and i mean I can’t explain it!! I immediately start feeling such a fast overcoming feeling of relaxation, now, I do have to mention that laying on it is uncomfortable, I know, you’re probably confused as to HOW do I feel relaxed if it’s uncomfortable 😆🤭 we’ll I’m not even sure how either! the thing is, I don’t just lay on it and be done, I place a traveling pillow on obviously my neck, close my eyes and actually try to relax and enjoy the feeling of how my back is forcefully straightening itself… THATS an amazing feeling, and also the point of when my head and body starts experiencing that overcoming feeling of relaxation, I could swear on it as a tool to de stress after a long day! Oh !! Lol, I also have to mention ummmm… I am 200 lbs so I do have to use it lightly and not completely put a lot of pressure on it because at one point it did kind of wanted to bend a bit?? If that makes sense 🤷🏻‍♀️ I mean its very sturdy for someone on the light side? And I did read on someone’s review that her husband somehow didn’t work for him, and I can see why, just be light on it :) Hope this review helped!

It is helped my back tremendously used it twice a day did stretches as well went to the second level after using it on the first level for a while my back is now back to normal did not have to go to physical therapy or a chiropractor for my back saved me a lot of money and time and it really works would highly recommend it anyone with back problems and very inexpensive and does a wonderful job of helping your back at least in my case very satisfied customer have also recommended it to some other people and purchased it again for one of my tenants who is quite happy with it as well you cannot go wrong with this product just use it the way it supposed to be used and you eventually will see results hope that helps you guys out as far as making a decision to buy this product highly recommended and have no more pain now I am back to normal took a couple weeks to work the best part it will definitely relieve any pain you may have very easy to use and don’t forget to do the other stretches as well that will also help with the product good luck to everyone hope you all feel better soon

Let me start by saying the first pop is crazy! This is such a simple piece, but it is sturdy as can be. It can be tough at first to adjust simply because the plastic is so sturdy. The first setting doesn't seem like much of course my back is tight a can be. On the second setting I usually get a crazy crack! It sounds like bubble wrap at time. When you initially lay back on it it can take your breath away. If you relax and breathe through it though the stretch is well worth it. My only complaint is that you have to sit up and move it to pop and stretch your entire back. Thats where the wheel would be better. For the price this does the job.
