very good, i would even say excellent. You just have to give it a few or a couple of minutes to kick in. Helped me so much. I could breath after nose was stuffed. Long lasting and not expensive like the others & easy to use

For some reason the minute my head hits the pillow at night my nose fills up and I can't breathe. My husband ordered this, one for each of us, and I have to tell you, it really does work. Do not blow you nose after spraying - you will want to, but don't. Give it about 4-5 minutes, or longer if you can, and when you do blow you nose you will find it clear. I cannot notice a taste, but I can smell it after blowing my nose. Thankfully, it's not strong and disappears quickly. It's just nice being able to breathe while trying to fall asleep!

This product works just as good as the expensive Name Brand…..when the sprayer device actually works properly. That’s the downside.

It really bothers me when one nostril isn't clogged but it still won't let me breathe through. This perfectly fixes it. I got the 12-hour one and the 4-Hour one, but honestly you probably only need the 12-hour one. I guess maybe the only thing is it can make my nose slightly more runny but not enough to make it not worth it.

Helps me with my allergies and rhinitis issues. I use it twice a day every day and it's fine. It smells kinda funny but not bad

works ok. The sprayer kind of sucks though. It doesn't spray well, you almost have to tilt back to get any of the liquids to reach your sinuses which then feels like too much. I'm still stuffy but not as bad.
