I ordered a set of HPYGN that comes with three different bands of varying resistance, I will be using them with my vibration platform to reduce my joint and nerve pain, however this bands are great for many exercises routines, a great plus is that this simple latex free bands could replace heavy weights and are very portable since they are extremely light and don’t occupy any space. Each band measures 5 foot long X 6 Inch wide and all three comes in a mesh bag to put away after each use. The red band is the one with the heaviest resistance and is rated for 15 to 25 pounds of resistance; it would be a great band with strength-training and pull-ups. The green one is rated for 14 to 20 pounds and provides a slight amount of resistance for physical therapy to help with mobility but it can be used for a ton of different exercises. The yellow one is rated light resistant 9 to 15 pounds, would be a great band to use for stretching, warm-ups. These bands are latex free and don’t slip or slide around during stretches, though, despite looking slippery. The only time I had any issues with slickness was when they got wet from sweat or water bottle condensation. I think that these flat felt easier to work with than the tube bands, since these ones don’t roll when tucked under most sneakers, so no worry about rolling with these, no matter what the exercise, plus they didn’t cause any chafing or issues with my skin. Overall excellent and highly recommended.

I really love this resistance band! It is very stretchy and has a good amount of resistance for the arm exercises I bought it for. With this pandemic, I have had to switch to at-home workouts and I used to use a TRX equipment at my local gym, but it is very expensive to get one. Instead, I decided to give this resistance band a try and I already have about 1inch less in each arm. I have always had thick arms, but you just have to get creative and look for exercises online for the muscles you want to focus on. Also, this resistance band includes a useful exercise band for those who feel lost. This resistance band is very inexpensive for what it does. It definitely gives excellent and proven results!

I have used all different kinds of resistance bands to enhance several different workout programs. I have used the tube style resistance bands with handles, resistance loops, made both with cloth and elastic material or just plain latex loops. I was really surprised at how much easier these straps are to use. In order to do certain Pilates moves, I tried substituting my loops or tube style bands. Bad idea! That's a good way to get snapped in the face at a high velocity. What I like the most about these bands is that they offer three different resistance levels in one pack, and even if you choose to say, use the lightest resistant band, if you grasp the band closer to your foot when you're pulling back, you add resistance without needing to get up and change bands. I recommend starting with the light or medium resistance bands, and keeping both beside your mat while doing the routine. They seem extremely well made. I like to keep my Pilates equipment clean by spraying it with a vinegar and water mixture. I was able to clean these with a soft cloth and let them air dry without any problem. I hope to be using these for a long time. They also come with a really nice nylon bag, so I can roll them up and store them. The colors are vibrant, and you can easily tell which is which. They go according to the color spectrum: the lightest shade of purple is the lightest resistance level; the darkest shade of purple is the strongest resistance. They are long, so you can always loosen your grip for lighter resistance if you have knee or shoulder issues.
