Will it work on a 2019 Suntracker?

This tool is not manufacturer specific, this will work with any boat canvas snap. It works very well and have not broken a snap since!

Any idea what snap diameter this works for? I hope to use it to remove panel snaps on my car door...

3/8" snap is what the product is designed for. It might help with other sizes, but would not be nearly as effective.

Will this tool scratch the funish in the boat?

It shouldn't, as you don't rest the tool on the boat itself, only the frame of the windows. If in doubt, rest the tool on a small piece of cloth. My boat is Aluminum, so with me it isn't an issue

What kind if metal is it made of. In other words is it stainless steel?

Yes, it 400 series stainless steel. 400 series is stiffer the 300 series stainless.

Worked GREAT on 30 year old cover

My fishing boat has a cover that was always tight and now I cannot get it on. I bought the Top Snapper as a last resort and to my amazement, I am now able to get the top on! The cover is thirty years old and I thought that I would finally have to replace it as I couldn't get it on. The cover is in excellent condition but as a LOT of snaps. With the Top Snapper, I got it on and it is DRUM tight. It is great to get the top on as when I leave the boat at the club, I don't have to worry about taking everything out as the cover hides everything from nimble fingers. With the Top Snapper, I am able to get the cover on and off while the boat is in its slip. Great tool and really well made. The wrist lanyard is really appreciated as I don't have to worry about dropping the tool when putting the cover on in the water. High recommended!
