Leegoal 360 Controller Custom Mod Kit - BLACK - Thumbsticks, Dpad, RB LB, ABXY, Trim, Guide, T8 Security Driver

Most of the times when you order a third party button set you have to modify it. Same goes for the set that I got. The bottom mid section price was bent and would not sit flush with the actual body prices. The analog sticks were also to short so they would catch on the holes of the main body of the controller and honestly I do not feel like this was a very good set. However I was pleased with the regualr ab and xy buttons and how they fit very good. At this point I would say that it is best to keep the oem pieces and just leave it be. I work on controllers often due to my job but I still prefer the original pieces.

I got this kit after seeing it in the "customers also bought" section when I was looking for the special security torx screwdriver that they use on the xbox 360 controller. I bought one for my white controller and it really does look good. I toyed with the thought of paint before, but didn't want to risk it flaking, turning out bad, or building layers to the buttons and reducing functionality. Everything is molded out of black plastic and the thumbsticks are rubberized.It works well, fits like OEM, and they've improved the design from the other review indicating that the Dpad doesnt have the clips and needs to be glued on. (there are the clips now and tapped holes for it, just like the stock dpad)The only thing I wish they would've done differently would be to add the start/back buttons, but I might actually just try painting those since they're not used quite as much as the other buttons.

I bought this Custom Mod kit so I could modify my broken controller. By modify, I meant repairing the broken thumb stick on the controller. I replaced the parts, but before I did that, I decided it would be a good time to respray my white controller chassis into a nice gold colour. Installing the buttons and the triggers were fairly simple and was done within 30 minutes. I absolutely love the way it turned out and it was awesome that they supplied the Torx wrench!For anyone who wants to stylize their controller, or just "repair" theirs with new parts, this is the perfect product for you! I am actually thinking of buying another set!

I purchased this kit to remove all of the grey parts included on the early early Xbox 360 controllers. I was very satisfied with the quality of the product and the included T8 driver was VERY handy and useful! I was slightly disappointed the X,Y,B,A buttons are not completely blacked-out like the Xbox guide button, but rather they're a darker grey so you can still see the button designations. I don't mind this so much, but it's annoying when the product picture does not match what comes in the kit. Overall , I give it 4 out of 5 for a great replacement parts bundle. If you're looking for a total "blackout" look, you may want to purchase the X,Y,B,A buttons separately.

The buttons are great, the triggers are great, even the thumbsticks are great. You can't go wrong with this kit if you want to get the full black look. Although the RB and LB buttons were sticky and I couldn't fix them so I had to switch to the original OEM ones to get them to work right and forget the screwdriver it was DOA. I tossed mine right into the garbage. So, one bad screw driver and two sticky buttons, 4 out of 5.

Everything came and did come on time. BUT the screwdriver isnt red, its blue and about half the size of the one advertised. Still fully functional, but as the grip is rounded, can be hard to loosen tight screws. Also the back piece of the controller (the part your palm touches) came in flat black as compared to the glossy black of the rest of the parts. Still good sturdy paint. And everything fit perfect. Would buy again.

I ordered this for a brand new black official xbox controller I got for my PC. Buttons look and feel great. I used the other buttons for an old, beat up, broken controller. Now that one(after alot of cleaning and gluing since the guy I bought it from doesn't know how to wash his hands and NOT throw his controller every time he dies in cod) is working perfectly! So I basically bought 2 controllers, this mod and an adapter for PC for under $60. Very happy.

My son loves this. He said it was easy to install and it does look really sharp on his controller. The price seemed really good as well compared to some of the other websites we looked at. His buttons were really almost ruined and almost worn down; it was great to only have to purchase this kit instead of a whole new controller.
