Suddenly it stopped working
Quality: Key experience until now have been satisfactory. But today it stopped working and now wouldn’t turn up. Neither on cable nor on Bluetooth. Size: Size is is so compact, I really like how it takes soo little space on the desk. Comfort: I am coming from regular keyboards so it feels so quick, I am still adapting to its speed and flow. But I have stared to like it. Appearance: looks nice. Speed: Amazing key speed. Have little more latency when switching between devices but that is BT issue. Faced key press latency as well, but that is negligible. Color: like the color

Terrible Customer Support from Keychron!!!
My "Q" key was not working from the get go. I got in touch with Keychron India who asked my to mail them the invoice. On receipt, they replied that they can't service the product even though its under warranty as it was purchased by Mackeys rather than Keychron itself ! This is ludicrous ! Does any company refuse to service their products because you bought them from a different outlet, even within the same country???
