Can the Dynamo Generator be modified to link up with a USB car charger and be used to charge an iPhone (~5V, 3A)?

yes, but you have to make the adapter (if there is not one out there).. you take the AC output of the Dynamo, send it to a bridge rectifier, then a voltage regulator (to keep it at 5V)- then look up the right polarity and pins for a USB port or you blow out your phone.. then get the wires and plugs- sockets- put it together and finished.. the car charger idea will not work- it deals with the car's 12v DC- it might only regulate (drop the 12v DC to 5v DC) and not turn the AC to DC, the bridge rectifier will turn AC to DC..

I'm an engineer. Joe Bob has the right answer.  {Thus the description "12V 6W"} does not tell us if it's AC or DC.  "12V 6W" can be either.  To say {dc, just like a car} is misguided because cars have ALTERNATERS, which means AC, then rectifiers turn it into DC for the battery.  I'm buying one to add to my small tractor to get a bit more amperage.  I'll have to add things to get 12 volt DC, but that's simple for me.

I'm getting a gas engine powered bicycle, I will need to have front,tail,turn and brake lites.what would I have to do

Although this is an excellent dynamo, you need to understand that it will only provide lighting when the bicycle is in motion.  Mine came with head and tail lights, but that was a surprise.  You may be able to use it to charge a battery which would then power head, tail, and directionals.

Can i change bycycle daynmo in to micro wind mill

Yes, but you meed a fairly steady and strong wind. If the wind drops below10 miles an hour, I'm not sure the pressure will be sufficient, regardles of the propeller size.....
