I am absolutely thrilled with these Webber Naturals digestive enzymes! As a vegan living in Barrie, I eat a ton of beans, lentils, and veggies, and I was constantly struggling with uncomfortable bloating and that heavy feeling after meals. I decided to give these a try, and the difference is incredible. I've been taking one tablet before my main meals for a couple of weeks, and the bloating is basically gone. I feel so much lighter and more comfortable, and I can tell my body is getting more out of the healthy food I'm eating. I especially love that they are completely vegan and free of all the junk (no gluten, soy, dairy, etc.). This product has been a total game-changer for my daily comfort and well-being. These work very well; I have been taking them for a very long time.

I found these digestive enzymes ok. I think they probably helped with digestion with big meals, although I also wished I looked into which enzymes specifically I was looking for which foods. This supplement includes amylase, betaine, bromelaine, papain and papaya, which makes it more of a protein and carb or starch breaking enzyme. I don’t know if I noticed much of a difference, but I’m sure it helped a bit
