my chickens aren’t crazy about scratch and a lot of of it’s wasted. But they really like the sustainable chicken scratch and there’s very little waste. It’s definitely worth the money.

Super best scratch ever! The gals go bonkers for it. I can see why because there’s such a variety of seeds. Not junk filler red millet milo crap either. I switched my old brand because of the amount of corn and that corn was basically powdered down to nothing. This is not like that. This looks like trail mix for chickens. I like that the packaging isn’t plastic because there enough of that in the world . The only downside is that it’s a box full of seed so you can keep the seed in this box as the chipmunks 🐿 will get into it. So I pour it into old pickle jars but since there’s no spout, it spills everywhere. I sat it down to adjust it but setting down a sack or a box in the snow is risky for causing mould. So, ideally cut a spout or immediately pour it carefully into an appropriate storage container when the birds are hungry because it will spill. Having said that, it’s still 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I received the box in really good condition. I felt like this product was fairly priced. I was surprised to find only millet and sunflower seeds in the scratch, I did not find any of the other seeds and grains that were listed. It looked fresh but was lacking. I will feed my hen the remainder of the box but will go with another company next time. Update: I failed to shake the box up, after doing so I did see all the grains and seeds the company advertised. Shake the box before pouring this out. I will be ordering from this company from now on. My apologies.

Order arrived today unlined cardboard box appeared to be in good condition with both ends secured by a single layer of clear tape. However, the contents including box only weighed 8.136 pounds (4530 grams) nominal 1.229 pounds of missing product.

For 20 dollars I can get 50 pounds at feed store. But it's not as good. Chickens loved it but I would go broke to keep treating them with it.

Highly recommend this Clean and Fresh feed. Organic is quality in itself but you can definitely tell the difference of this feed and any other big box feed I’ve bought. There is no dust and every seed still contains its color which is an indication of its freshness. Keeps chickens healthier which is more economical long term too/ If you eat their eggs you eat their feed kind of so yea, it matters to you as well.
