Beauties and Beasts of Fastner & Larson
This is a wonderful book of mainly color paintings, and some b/w, of beautiful women, but not all of them are the nice type. Some of them love their monsters of death, or just have evil hearts. There are notes of Fastner & Larson's lives on the road to Hell, and in the back they explain the steps it takes to paint a picture from scratch. Each piece has it's title and there are many themes such as, amazon women, dragon lovers, angels, pirates, space vixens, plain victims and jungle women to name a few. It would be a good adition to your Fastner & Larson collection, or if you want to contribute to the Decline of the Western Civilization, as Steve and Rich says, then help them out by obtaining a copy of Beauties and Beasts. They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so which are the beasts? A woman can have the most evil of hearts or a monster can have the most kind of hearts. You will have to make up your own mind as you flick through this beautiful collection.

Another fine Fastner and Larson book. Their detailed drawings are outstanding. It follows a general theme, but donโt buy it for that. As is typical for their books they cover a range of great images.

Why I love this book: 1) Attractive female knights and warriors 2) Beautiful women and voluptuous maidens 3) A glimpse into worlds that will never exist in real life. 4) Dragons!!
