Natural supplements without the additives

Convenient tablets for extra potassium, but a low dose
I take potassium to offset sodium and to provide electrolyte support on my more active days. I usually just sprinkle on potassium salt or stock up with bananas when I'll need it, but these tablets are a convenient way to take it on the go, especially in a running pack. Nature's Plus is a brand I've used for a long time and I'm happy with their products, in general and this one in particular. The big downside with these is that the dose is very small, at 2% of your RDA (which doesn't begin to cover high activity / sweating days). That means I still need to get a lot of potassium from other sources in my diet. However, they're convenient to throw in a small baggie to bring on my runs and other activities so I can have some when I need them. I really like the tablets, since they don't have a potentially sticky shell when I'm taking them with a dry mouth. Overall, I'm happy with these.

Relatively easy to take pills.
I've been having leg cramps and people keep telling me I need to eat bananas for their potassium. Instead of bananas, I saw these pills and decided to try them. Ther are relatively easy to take pills. I've only been taking them a few days so I can't be sure if they're helping, but I haven't had any cramps since I started taking them (which doesn't mean much because even before these pills, I didn't always get cramps). Guess I'll have to take all 90 tablets and see if I can go 90 days without cramps.

Easy way to bump up your day’s potassium
I’ve been using a food app for years and years and at the end of most days I always turn up a little short on the Adequate Intake of potassium. I’ve read that most people don’t get enough. And since I’m a vegetarian who hates bananas and raisins (easy sources of potassium), this little 99mg boost from Natures Plus is perfect. I’ll always try to get my nutrients from food first but there will be days when this simple, small tablet will come in handy. I’m currently taking another Nature’s Plus supplement and am very happy with the brand.
