Pretty valuable device
Pretty good product. Helps understand if wiring is done rightManual suggests to open the screws and insert two battery cells. But when I opened it, it already had working batteries. One needs to open the device very carefully, the wires connect the two sides of the device and might get damaged if one opens it in a hurry.A long press is needed to start the device. Display turns even when it is not plugging into power socket.Please check with a tester before plugging this device in. Helps in certain scenariosWhatspp help us pretty good. Guy responded pretty quickly and was courteous.Only thing, it is probably not worth 1700Rs

Faulty in operation but it was replaced promptly
Nicely built and good interface. Voltage reading not very accurate but acceptable. RCD function works at 30mA. But with a malfunction initially . The device switches off when RCD used. Had to open the device and reseat the battery to function again. Reported to the vendor and it was replaced promptly. Impressed by their customer service.

Useful & Handy
Product : The tester is very well built & serves it's purpose very well. It helps you in identifying whether the Earth Neutral and Line wire are properly installed & working or not. It is small size and truly follows pocket friendly design. It also has a feature of Touchless Detection which helps in identifying any AC voltage nearby.Service : The amiciKart support has been stupendous in providing the required help & resolving any issues. The representatives are knowledgebale about the product & very polite in nature.

User-friendly and Handy
This little gadget is a perfect tool for Wiremen, Technicians, and Engineers as well who work in the field. Ideally, it checks power status, Earth Efficiency, Phase and Neutral reversal, Neutral Versus Earth Voltage, Residual Current Device (RCD), etc. simultaneously… The customer care response was good.The Voltmeter shows 8 Volts less than the actual upon comparing the reading values with a calibrated TRMS (Fluke) Multimeter… Also, the Voltage indication slightly rises over around 15 minutes of time…The main drawback is the pin converter (square-to-round adapter) ensures a 6 AMP supply only, not fit for Power sockets with larger pin holes that draw more current.

But received used item. Already two used (low voltage) AAA battery inside.
