Excellent Charger
Excellent charger loads of power great for travelling and outdoor activities. Slightly heavy and takes a while to fully charge but compromise worth it. Highly Recommend

Very poor product to be avoided
Very poor. Hugely disappointed in this device. Fully charged it, only then for the charge, indicated by 4 lit up bars, to go from 4 to 3 then to zero (device completely drained) in an instant. Left me in a hugely compromised position whilst out hillwalking in remote part of the Scottish Highlands (Fisherfield). Totally undermined the point of buying the device and carting it about. It's not cheap and it's heavy too. All in all it's a very poor product from the previously excellent company Biolite. Avoid at all costs. Also, no response yet from the company fulfilling the order under the bonnet of Amazon (Base Camp Food - who are they? I've bought this from Amazon, why can't I do a simple return to Amazon, ffs?), so I don't even know if I'm going to get a refund. Overall, a really dreadful experience. Buy something else.

It's not water resistant
BioLite being a company that specialises in outdoor equipment I was quite surprised that it has no water resistance whatsoever. It looks rugged from the outside whether it would take a drop on the hard ground I don't know. Outdoor tech do waterproof power packs but not as powerful as this. And without PD technology. But, if outdoor tech did do PD power packs I would have bought one of them.

Not as good as I was expecting (Or read)
Why did you choose this product over others?: Failed on one charge port after 2 uses. Heavy but doesn’t ‘feel’ quality - inserting the USB’s ‘felt’ like they were scraping the insides to fit. Wasn’t impressed - got refund and bought an Anker. Much much better

Expected it to last longer than six months.
Bought this for charging our phones,and camera batteries as we do lots of walking. But after only six months it died and just won't charge up. Very disappointed.
