Pros: The fan is really good looking, and it is the least loud fan I have ever used, even when not in sleep mode, it is very quiet, sometimes I forget the fan is on, this design I think is very good. Really like the height span, therefore, good flow of cool air. The fan is quiet and takes up a small space. The only disadvantage is very lightweight, therefore, easy to knock over with a slight bump. Only checked remote control for ease of use and sleep mode a nice option.

Good quality. Assembly very easy, extremely quiet, attractive, strong but gentle breeze flow. Wish it had a full 45' swing to cover entire room.

Packed well, delivered On time. Easy to put together, B U T although the output has 3 settings, #3 Most Powerful really lacks any bite.. The advertising is somewhat on the lines of "This is a Porsche" actually it's more like an old "Mercury"..... L

Very good tower fun for either bedroom or living room, cool air and quiet mode. Remote works for sleep mode also 3speed changed. Definitely to buy another one .

The motor burnt out after 1 months of use. Strong electrical smell throughout the house. I sent inquiry to the support link provided by Amazon but they say that I have to contact the seller. The seller is Amazon and the window is closed to return after 30 days. I keep Getting sent back and forth. I will say that for those first 30 days we used the fan it was exceptional. Very quiet and moved a decent amount of air. We even had visitors comment on how much they liked it and may get one themselves. All I wanted was a replacement

Loved it. Works just like the description. I use it in the kitchen, or move it to the dining room, or move it to the living room wherever we happen to be.

It does blow air,so it works as advertised, but when tightening the tower to its base be careful. I cracked the base tightening to hard.
