Although I haven't used it a lot, I am really impressed as to how well it really works. I was able to cut down a common sponge to make an expensive air cleaner for B&S motor. It had to be cut in 3-D but it worked well.

This foam cutting set is absolutely excellent. I was really impressed by how quickly it heats up—within seconds, it’s ready to use. That’s especially convenient when you have a lot of cuts to make and don’t want to waste time waiting. It cuts through foam beautifully—smooth, clean, and without ragged edges or mess. Using it is truly a pleasure, especially if you’ve ever struggled with box cutters or regular blades. The wire heats evenly, holds a stable temperature, and doesn’t sag or overheat. The digital voltage adjustment is another big plus. It’s a very handy and practical feature because you can choose the right temperature for different types of foam and material density. Once you find the right setting, everything goes smoothly and precisely. The set itself is well thought out: everything you need is included in the box. The tips are easy to change, the tool is comfortable to hold, and the cords don’t get in the way. I’m 100% satisfied with this purchase. Have to be careful not to let what’s melting on the tool to drip towards the back or it won’t work again. Got a few uses out of it till I had to learn that the hard way. But great product just not long term lasting.

I found it very easy to use. And it made quick work of cutting and shaping the foam.

The main tool with the wire broke within 10 minutes of the first use. It did not come with extra wire as advertised. Super disappointed.

Does what it says. Good for craft projects

Tried using this cutting pen but my experience did not go well. It seemed like the machine was not heating up in a timely manner. Had to send back because our styrofoam was to thick and the machine was not keeping up. I do believe that if we were using it for smaller projects that it would work good.

Angekommen, ausgepackt, binnen 30 Sekunden zusammengesteckt und angeschlossen. Liegt super in der Hand, keine Vorlaufzeit, ist sofort heiß/einsatzbereit und schneidet mit glattem Schnitt wie Butter durch Schaumstoff und Styropor! Insgesamt macht das Gerät einen absolut wertigen Eindruck. Ein guter Kauf!

Appareil génial, régler le voltmètre pour chaque accessoires différents, il fait des formes au top pas toujours droit certes c’est dur de rester stable mais c’est mieux et plus précis que le cutter ou le fer à souder.
