Can this chair be pushed back and forth from a desk like an office chair or is it heavy?

Will roll straight no side to side and latch on back wheels.

I'm 6'5" and 230 will be able to get a good massage

Not really sure, I’m 5’1 140 and it’s kinda big. I have plenty room in width and length.

Massage type ? Points or rollers ? Which is accurate. Description has both?

Points. I was hoping for rollers. Points aren’t bad, but it does not roll down further than your back and it only reached my lower neck. I’m 6’1”

Ok does the chair have a motor to go up and down to the zero gravity position? Or it that a hand adjusted position?

There zero gravity position is done on the remote.
