I have been a long time Nespresso o/l since 2015 and see this offer and wanted this to co inside with my original machine. I am really happy with my purchase. Great coffee, nice flavours, I drink ice latte, hot latte and macchiatos. Milk based drinks. I don’t use syrups, I prefer flavour coffee with natural flavours. And Nespresso offer a great range of options. My friend has a bean to cup machine and he has to use syrups to get the same taste like star bucks or costa where with the pods I can get nice flavours with out all the rubbish from the syrups. Easier to clear. Great customer service. Top machine.

Excellent product

I bought this for my son for his birthday and he absolutely loves it. He found it easy it set up and use and especially loves the milk frother. Great buy.

Makes a lovely coffee but will only take Nespresso vertuo capsules. Doesn't even take capsules that fit other Nespresso machines. Not that readily available in supermarkets.

Works really well, coffee pods are great. So many different flavours.

Machine worked fine for about six months, now having issues with it connecting to WiFi, not brewing at all, unable to reconnect after factory resetting and although the customer care line are helpful, they can't be contacted on Sundays when my machine appears to like breaking down and they can't be emailed which gives me the impression they know a cafetiere would be more reliable than this kitchen ornament ! I did eventually get the machine to work for another few weeks however it has started the same break down routine again and going by the reviews in the US it appears the same problems exist in the UK machine too, I would seriously avoid buying this machine, put the money into a Tassimo machine instead.

Great value! Compact size perfect for small spaces. Easy to use. Coffee quality is fantastic. Great selection of pods available. Quick and easy.

Love it, great coffee and easy to use without too much cleaning unlike the built in one that my wife spent a fortune on then stopped using it coz took ages to clean each time!!
