Golf Ball Deep Tissue Massager-The Best Massage Techniques to Relieve Stress-Tension-Sore Muscle Spasms-Back-Neck-Calf and Shoulder Pain Trigger Point Relief

I had a massage therapist use one of these on my knots. Oh my ! Immediately purchased my own. You do have to have a willing participant to massage your back- if that’s where your knots are-that’s really the only downside. Coconut oil, this contraption, and wow ! It’s so effective, you really need to stay hydrated to allow the lactic acid to excrete from your body or you will feel like crap the next day!

I ordered 2 in the same order. One arrived today waiting on the 2nd one. I will modify my review once I use it for a full massage on my clients, but did try it out in my arms & I like the feel if it &show easy I can mold my hands over it. One problem, there is supposed to be a small velvet storage bag that was not included in the package. I also think the price could be more reasonable $6 less would be about right, but I try to save my hands as much as possible so I purchased inspite of the cost.

Product works, the item just wasn't exactly as I expected. The ball simply rests inside the handheld device, and easily falls out. The item is also made of hard plastic and I thought it was a softer material. Again, the item works as intended but it isn't exactly what I was looking for. The clear plastic is nice but scratches very easily and quickly where the ball rests making it look old almost immediately.

As a massage therapist, I see a lot of tools that are specifically designed for trigger points or deeper glides. This is the most comfortable one I've found. My clients love it. The only drawback is that the golf ball doesn't fit snuggly in the holder-it spins in the plastic holder once you decrease the pressure or if you use a tacky lubricant (designed usually for deeper tissue massage), and you need to hold on to it when you lift it away from the client or it falls out....other than that it works perfectly, and it's circumference is small enough to get into smaller areas.
