Scanner meets the need for our users. It is robust and easy to use.

I've been very pleased with the versatility and reliability of this scanner. We use it in our warehouse to scan items being packed for shipping. The screen is large, bright, and easy to read. The build quality is solid and feels like it can withstand some rough handling. I was able to install an Android ODBC driver which allowed me to make a custom scanning interface that immediately records the scans to an MS SQL server on our network, so our shipping database always has up-to-the-minute, accurate data. It also easily scans into the Android versions of Excel and Word with no problems. An unexpected bonus is the camera right next to the barcode scanner on the front edge of the device. This allows us to easily take photos of items after they're packed and palletized. I did have a minor issue with the trigger, but their support team was responsive and helpful and quickly resolved the issue. I plan to buy a second scanner, and I wouldn't hesitate to choose a MUNBYN device again.

Purchased five of these for my company to use instead of putting up a whole shared workstation. The units come with stock android 11 and no crapware and the laser scanning software preinstalled. The units are plenty fast and the barcode scanner reads quite well. The package includes screen protector, protective case, lanyard, and other add-ons. The keyboard emulator software (runs the barcode scanning laser) seems to work pretty well and has lots of options, and is actively being developed. Company support has been responsive to requests and helpful, but expect 1 day lag due to time zones. One minor quibble I have is that if you use the included protective case for the device, it will no longer fit in the charging dock. Not a big deal for us.

We have purchased a lot of these scanners and they work great and the service and support from the company is exceptional. We highly recommend these scanners.

We purchased our first sets of these in 2019. We run them on a WMS system for inventory control. What I liked about them was they are android, so they are easily customized. The Zebra based scanning system is accurate and infinitely customizable. They are surprisingly durable, but the weak link is where the gun clips to the scanner. Its a good thing and a bad thing, because it shatters the little connection BUT it seems to spread out the impact and not destroy the gun. I just 3D print that part because it is just not available at a reasonable price. Should cost $1 for a tiny piece of molded plastic. As the guns have aged, we have had issues with broken screens and the usual battery issues. These batteries are not user replaceable BUT I have sent 24 units over time to china for new batteries and screens and the repair costs are worth it. As with any cell phone, I assumed 2 years to last and replace the batteries. Screen repairs are reasonable as well and they have customer service that gets back to you overnight. Overall, of the first 40 I purchased, 34 are still in service. I have added replacement and additional units as needed.

This scanner stopped working after less than 2 months of use (doesn't charge). I originally ordered two, this one that stopped working and the other arrived in a different language with a password set so it had to be returned. I am extremely disappointed that we paid so much money for such terrible quality.

We are using this in a warehouse scanning QR codes on pallets being shipped out to keep track of product movement. In our use our maximum distance being scanned is 6 to 10 feet. This scanner does the job at a great price. We currently have 5 that our forklift drivers use and they do hold up under normal drop and wear and tear conditions. This being essentially an android phone in a 2D long range zebra scanner case makes the scanner software config very flexible and the few times I have reached out to support for questions or assistance the response has been very fast and positive. We will be buying more.
