Handle is 18-20", chain is 47-50". Depending how theyre measured. I use a 1" diameter pipe as a cheater if needed.

Can you add chain to be able to spin bigger pipe?

yes, but you need the tool to press a river into a chain link and the correct size of additional chain to add to the end of the chain you want to lengthen.
