I genuinely donโt understand how Crucial Conversations became a bestseller. Itโs a repetitive, substance-starved read that promises insight but delivers little more than corporate fluff stretched across far too many pages. Page after page, it rehashes the same vague concepts without ever offering anything you can truly digest or apply in a meaningful way.
